Job Responsibilities/Duties:
* Responsible for small to mid-size systems or portions of large systems, which may include live sites and corporate applications such as servers and network infrastructure.
* Solve issues and troubleshoot in assigned areas.
* Identify potential solutions to resolve and prevent future service interruptions.
* Summarize key elements of a technical problem and assign cases to internal and external partners as necessary.
* Support all aspects of daily operational activities including: account and resource management; backup/recovery; and server hardware and software monitoring, maintenance and upgrades.
* Deploy live site code changes and other data changes in conjunction with other technology teams.
* Work closely with other technology teams for the deployment, configuration, system requirement validation and support of multiple services across an expansive and diverse production environment.
* Identify and provide for global dependencies such as domain membership and trusts, DNS requirements, and external dependencies.
* Implement designs and responsible for maintaining compliance with environmental security and trustworthy computing policies.
* Provide drafting and review of technical documentation and Trouble Shooting Guides for Tier I and Tier II personnel.
* Be the expert on all functionality within Salesforce.com: developing and leading training sessions for multiple departments.
* Assist in the design and implementation of performance metrics tracking systems which show daily/weekly/monthly performance against plan.
* Assist senior business owners in identifying and prioritizing projects that will provide optimum benefits to the business results.
* Prepare management reports and presentations including variance and trend analysis.
* Provide ad-hoc decision support and business analysis to the teams

Requirements:
Salesforce Administrator Qualifications:
* Salesforce experience (Salesforce.com Administrator Certification preferred)
* 3+ years of relevant work experience
* BS Degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business or other relevant combination of training and experience
* Experience designing and implementing Custom Apps preferred
* Experience with integrating applications from within App Exchange desired
* Strong qualitative and quantitative mathematical skills
* Strong spreadsheet, database management and modeling experience
* Demonstrated understanding of the business process development and improvement
* Strong sense of customer focus and the importance of the voice of the customer
