Location:Santa Clara, CA
Responsibilities :
AreArchitect advanced memory productsDesign advanced nonvolatile memory circuits for memory productSimulate critical circuits - Sensing, read path, write pathWork with device engineering on optimizing the memory cell requirements given product specificationsWork with product planning on optimizing the product specificationPrepare, document, and present design reviews during the design development phase .
Work with characterization engineers to validate and characterize the design on the siliconWork with yield enhancement, manufacturing, and technology development teams to debug and resolve issues related to the product design, or manufacturing yieldWork with test engineering to review test flows and recommend optimum testing conditions .
Work with reliability engineers and assist them during failure analysis
Requirements :
- MSEE with at least 8+ years of experience in design engineeringExperience with memory circuit design techniques, read path, sensing
- Experience in nonvolatile memory design is a mustExperience in architecting the design for optimum performance and die size .
- Experience in floor planning is a plusSolid understanding of design/circuit engineering, and good knowledge in device physicsHands-on experience with design/simulation/verification/CAD tools .
- Experience with silicon characterization and lab equipmentExperience with supervising and mentoring other junior engineers
