Oracle RMS Technical Financial Analyst

DESCRIPTION:
The Oracle RMS Technical Financial Analyst provides a key role in the implementation and support of technology solutions to the business resources. This role will provide technical
leadership and expertise as the successful candidate will participate in all phases of the application support life cycle. Experience with previous Full Life Cycle implementations on Oracle with
Focus to the different Finance areas (RESA, REIM and Stock Ledger) are must haves for this position, and being versed to other Oracle Retail suites (Foundation Data, Purchasing, EDI,
Replenishment, etc.) are desirable.


WORK EXPERIENCE:
* 8 -10 years of experience in the IT Retail industry
* 6 + years Oracle Applications development experience required
* 3 + years Oracle Supply chain module experience (Order to cash) required
* 1+ years Oracle Field Service/CRM experience preferred
* Experience with R12 implementations/upgrades preferred

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
* Expertise in the following functional areas: Foundation Data, Sales Audit, Invoice Matching and Stock Ledger
* Development experience in Pro*C, Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, UC4, DataStage, Message Broker, and Java is a plus
* Experience in using and supporting SQL data bases (Oracle, SQL Server)

WORK DUTIES:
* Work closely with the Batch Scheduling Team to support the daily execution of the trickle polled RESA programs, REIM Batch modules, and Stock Ledger jobs.
* Work with the Business Teams to trouble-shoot and investigate complex errors that result from the Production batch runs and related processes.
* Work with end users in the identification and documentation of business requirements and potential application solutions to help the user meet those requirements.
* Code, test, debug, and document more complex programs, and enhance existing programs to ensure that data processing production systems continue to meet user needs.
* Review, analyze, and modify programming systems: encoding, testing, debugging, and documenting programs.
* Review Oracle Patches and must be able to Retrofit and Apply code fixes.
* Provide updates/detailed communications to the Business Teams regarding the state of the Technical Financial streams
