Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree,specialized training or equivalent work experience.

Requires 4-6 years ofrelevant experience in systems and applications management

Strong understandingof IT environment, technologies in relation to business needs.

Experienceimplementing quality guidelines, standards and procedures.

Strong written and verbalcommunication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within theorganization.

Roles & Responsibilities

The SeniorManager/Team Lead is an IT position supporting IT Management with the primaryresponsibility for the execution of managing the

Managed ServicePartners, financial planning, forecasting, and reconciliation, and trending,cost savings, continual improvement of process, procedures, metrics andstandards.

He/She will closelywork with cross-functional teams, influencing change and maintainingdocumentation to meet current, future and long-term needs in support of theBank’s stability and scalability efforts to support continued growth of thebusiness.

The Team Lead is aliaise to the Sr. IT Operations Manager with the primary responsibility for thedaily oversight and monitoring of Managed Service

Partners, input intoand submission of annual financials, forecasting, reconciliation, and trending,cost savings, continual improvement of process, procedures, metrics andstandards.
