We are looking for a specialist with a unique skillset in support of the DCIM Tools Team.
In this role, you should have a background in Systems Administration, Data Center Infrastructure Management, SQL Development and BI Platforms.
The Specialists Primary Responsibility:
Backup Lead Specialist in support of the DCIM Tools and their customers.
Core Responsibilities
Support Customer issues with DCIM Tools. (Aperture Vista, PowerIQ, Raritan Power Strips, IPatch and WebCtrl Applications).
Maintain and support existing BI Dashboards and Reporting
Maintain and support Servers supporting the DCIM Tools. (Hotfixes, Patches, Break fix, Upgrades, etc).
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
Prior Systems Administration experience supporting Windows based environments.
Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
Proven experience with Tableau and Crystal Reports.
Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
Prior experience supporting Intelligent Power Strips is a PLUS.
Experience writing and supporting .bat files, pearl scripts, etc…
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field preferred.
