MUST HAVE
• Strong Communication Skills
• Implementation of APM solution
• Experience implementing Synthetic Monitoring Solutions
• Able to bridge requirements from Product Owners, DefineKPI Matrix, and ability to script tool
• Planning, implementing and managing APM Solution
• Map performance monitoring solutions to customer’sbusiness drivers
• Customization of components to produce reports, views, andrelated actionable information to support Network Operations
• Experience to develop project deliverables as requiredincluding timeline and resource requirements
Desired Skills & Experience:
• Strong delivery skills, including timely and consistentcompletion of successful milestones and projects
• Experience monitoring Applications, Office365 components(Lync, Skype, Exchange, SharePoint)
• Experience with Unix shell scripting (bash, sed, awk, etc)
• Experience working in large enterprise and globalenvironments
• At least 5 years’ experience in ApplicationMonitoring/Synthetic monitoring space
• Strong oral and written communication skills as well aspresentation skills
• Self-motivated and ability to operate under littlesupervision for remote projects working knowledge of automated script usingJMeter/Selenium
