- Performance Tuning
- Consulting experience and working experience with offshore-onshore model
- Ability to focus and thrive in times of change
- Experience in Life sciences with excellent understanding in pharma value chain
- Pharma Domain with in depth understanding of Pharma business from Drug development process to post launch activities (Sales and Marketing)
- Hands on experience in developing visualization from scratch
- A solid understanding of data processing and transformation
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience and proven track record in architecting, implementing and administering Business Intelligence Applications excellent client interaction& understanding their pain areas.
- Optimization & Quality testing Strong experience in BI Tools
- having Good Understanding of Data Modeling concepts
- Experience in Application Analysis, Design, Development, Integration, deployment and Maintenance/Support for Web, Standalone, and Client-Server based Software Applications.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Inter-personal skills & a flexible approach and ability to adapt
