Role: Sales Compensation Analyst/Admin - (Varicent / IBM Cognos ICM) Location: Duluth,GA TITLE: Compensation System Admin BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree plus 4-9 years of related experience in compensation database administrator 2-4 years of experience as Varicent / IBM Cognos ICM administrator Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Systems aptitude with strong Excel/Access skills Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail Working knowledge of systems development cycles, system testing, and the ability to articulate feedback and issues to the developers Preferred Qualifications Continuous Improvement project management experience Experience in incentive/sales compensation Excellent Microsoft Office skills Experience with HFM, Oracle ERP and Business Objects
