Job description

  • The Director of CRM and MDM Capability is responsible for the further development and implementation of Customer Relationship Management and Master Data Management systems globally.
  • This is a highly visible role that will interact with all levels of the organization across multiple geographies.
  • This professional will be responsible for the maintenance and development of a globally scalable CRM and MDM platforms. Outside of enhancements to the platform itself, the Director of CRM and MDM Capability will also be responsible for ensuring
  • CRM and MDM platforms meet security standards as well as legal, compliance, quality and international requirements.
  • Direct the design, development and implementation of CRM and MDM business capabilities, technologies, and related infrastructure platforms.Take an active role in developing CRM and MDM strategies and projects.
  • Lead CRM and MDM architecture and deployment across enterprise based on current and future business capabilities Utilize enterprise principles in building quality platforms either by leveraging custom components or commercial solutions.
  • Refine the direction of the platform and develop road maps and timelines for enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Commercial functions in leveraging the CRM and MDM platforms to enable customers journey and contact strategies; work with IT Functions, Commercial Operations, Marketing and Business leaders to identify opportunities for enhanced engagement Facilitate CRM and MDM Steering Committee meetings with key stakeholders to prioritize requests and review any service issue(s)Evolve the operations and support model, increasing capability and reducing costExpand core capabilities to new channels including but not limited to mobile, interactive media, customer interaction, etc.
  • Manage technical team of CRM and MDM experts and architect Manage team budget and vendorsGD123Qualifications Education and Experience Requirements A successful candidate will possess the following knowledge,
Skills, And Abilities:

  • B.A. or B.S. /M.S. in Computer Science or relevant discipline 8+ years of experience implementing CRM and MDM solutions at an enterprise level.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry required particularly in a Commercial function Enterprise experience delivering commercial capabilities utilizing internal teams and distributed groups.
  • Experience translating technical information in to easy-to-understand business concepts.
  • Expert level understanding of CRM systems and Master Data Management.
  • Experience / Certifications with Salesforce.com and/or Veeva CRM are preferred.
