Summary:Lead and manage

  • the Banks enterprise and Client Relationship Management (CRM) application, nCino (Salesforce).
  • This application is used to govern the Banks loan production lifecycle, service request lifecycle, as well as manage prospects, campaigns, loans, business relationships, partners, and contacts.
  • Serve as system administrator for the nCino bank operating system.
  • Develop and maintain reports, analyze data and recommend best practices, develop and deliver training plans, resolve end user system errors, ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously improve data quality, process integrity and productivity throughout all departments and levels.
  • Analyze data at all levels (product usage, profitability, growth opportunities) and help develop action plans with business line managers on new account acquisition strategies.
  • Monitor user adoption rates and respond as needed (additional training sessions, communication, modifications, or other resources) to improve.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure all business lines see the benefit in accessing and using the data contained within the nCino bank operating system and how it can be utilized for expanding relationships with existing customers and increasing product usage bank wide.
  • Inform and recommend best practices based on interactions with the user community.
  • Attend nCino conferences and webinars to ensure optimization of all product features.
  • Define, communicate, and manage a process to develop and implement new vendor application extensions or updates to existing applications - releases/upgrades.
  • Work with various functions and end users to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes as they related to the various applications.
  • Participate in the integration process with other enterprise systems or other applications as the opportunities arise.
  • Develop training plans, materials, and documentation for application users, deliver training, keep materials up- to-date, coordinate new user and ongoing training sessions for new employees.
  • Perform basic administration including updates to security settings and resolution of end user system errors. Identify, diagnose and resolve end user issues in a manner that exemplifies the banks high standards of customer serviceConduct system reviews at the request of Compliance and Audit.
Qualifications/Required Skills:

  • Salesforce.com Administrator Certification required.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business or related field; or equiv. work exper.
  • Minimum 2 years bank or credit union experience.
  • Advanced skills in project management and data manipulation (Excel, Access, etc.).
  • Requires considerable independent judgment, investigation, developing original concepts, interpretation of information or coordination with others with substantial impact.
  • Project management skills Good written and oral communication skills; good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct research into enterprise networking issues and products as required.
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
  • Highly self motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
