HR Assignment Description:-

· Functional/Technical Experience on Oracle HRMS, Payroll, OAB, and CWB
· Extensive knowledge of System Administrator functions
· Extensive knowledge of AME and HR Workflow
· Extensive understanding of Fast Formulas used for Oracle Payroll and OAB
· Understanding patch cycle for Oracle US Payroll and Australia Payroll
· Experience with Oracles SR process
· Knowledge of Kronos Software
· Experience using HR and Benefit Self Service Personalization
· Technical expertise with Oracle tables (PER, PAY, BEN, HR)
· Experience managing multiple projects
· Equivalent 10 US implementations of Oracle HRMS
· Equivalent 5 US implementations of Oracle Payroll
· Equivalent 5 US implementations of Oracle Advanced Benefits
· Equivalent 5 Annual Enrollments for Advanced Benefits
· Equivalent 5 International implementations of HRMS and Payroll
· Completed implementation of CWB and Manager Self Service
· Completed Year End processing for Oracle Payroll
· Completed R12 Upgrade for HRMS, Payroll, and OAB
