Core Duties and Responsibilities
  • Strong conceptual skills of the communications function from internal (CORP) to external (Sales) departments.
  • Partner with Marketing Creative and other cross-functional departments to ensure successful and timely building and deployment of email, mobile and SMS customer campaigns.
  • Support campaign implementation process including coordination of creative, campaign set-up, testing, deployment and monitoring of email, mobile and SMS delivery.
  • Identify, test and implement new digital marketing campaigns triggered by specific events in order to build more relevant and timely messages, in addition to monthly email blasts, eNewsletters, research surveys and auto-generated emails.
  • Build an email marketing calendar, develop and extract target segments and guide messaging for various target audiences.
  • Assist with email strategy development for marketing, transactional, and trigger emails.
  • Contribute strategic insights based on results and analysis of data.Become a power-user of current email service provider
  • Analyze and report on the results of all email campaigns and present recommendations to the business in a clear, logical and compelling fashionMonitor and minimize unsubscribe rates while improving new subscriptions.
  • Drive significant list growth through various email acquisition initiatives.
  • Other Duties as assigned.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors in Marketing, Business or related field required.Strong knowledge of Social media and Email Marketing
  • 2+ years of Marketing Coordination experience.
  • Strong knowledge in a Marketing CRM Software Strong knowledge of client and culture.
  • Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), HTML code, Dreamweaver and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Ability to come to the table with solutions to provide strong field support.
  • Excellent time management skills A keen eye for details for identifying errors and correcting before deployment.
  • Strong analytical and research skills to provide effective feedback about campaigns
  • Experience and proven results in developing effective email marketing campaigns
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
