Senior Mobile Application Developer, Digital Health
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to bring product ideas to life
- Code applications with Java and Android SDK
- Participate in peer code reviews and scrums
- Create applications that help positively impact the lives of customers around the world
- Prototype new features
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of solid experience with the mobile app development with experience shipping applications to mobile app stores; experience with digital healthcare applications plus
- 4+ years of programming experience with Java, Objective-C, and/or C/C++; skilled at debugging and profiling
- Experience with building mobile applications that support the Internet of Things (IoT) a plus
- Working experience with networking and messaging protocols
- Skilled at optimizing code in terms of performance and size
- Demonstrated experience with technical design including mobile application architectures , design patterns; strong understanding of object oriented design
- Experience with Git, Github, or similar code repository tools
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL is desired
- Experience integrating applications with REST APIs
- Must be able to code and troubleshoot the \"core\" frameworks, if needed
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
