Responsibilities:

Reviews all functional designs.
Ensures all Functional Documents are kept up-to-date.
RMB/CCB Application expert working with the Business, Delivery, and Operations teams to support development and production activities for new and existing functionality.
Gathers, analyzes, and documents requirements for CRs and new project work as assigned.
Designs new and documents changes to process flows, and related Functional Designs.
Creates and documents unit test cases for all new designs.
Reviews QA Teams test cases for completeness.
Assists with creation of User Training documentation.
Assist in knowledge transfer for the Business (Shared Services and BU representatives), Delivery, and Operations teams to grow their knowledge and abilities to support the environment in a production run-state.
Works with internal Service Delivery Lead, Development Team, Oracle Support, and/or external functional support vendor to resolve open SNOW support tickets.
Monitors SNOW ticket queue daily and own resolving level 1, 2, 3 tickets within SLAs.
Assists the Shared Services Revenue Accounting Department and Collections Department with process flows, transactional processing, exceptions handling, reconciliations, batch scheduling, balancing activities, etc.
Coordinates with business owners to streamline and document the Revenue Accounting business processes.
Makes and documents recommendations to improve the efficiencies of these processes.
Coordinates with the Business (and BUs) on the creation of Change Requests, obtaining IT time and cost estimates, assisting with prioritizations for build and deployment.
Conducts analysis that identifies CR impacts to current state business processes or system inadequacies.
Provides recommended options, alternatives, and/or work-arounds to solution CR's.
Functionally configures or prototypes recommended solutions in test environments to validate recommended solutions meet business objectives.
Provides solutions that reduce the need for customizations.
Validates appropriate business and IT approvals are obtained prior to beginning work on CR's.
Responsible for documenting, reviewing, and gaining approval for requirements, functional specs use cases, configuration, change control documentation for new CR's.
Maintains the Application Configuration documentation and the Production/Gold Configuration application environment.
Gains knowledge of the design and development of all RMB interfaces between applications across all BUs.
Works with Oracle support to resolve open Service Requests, and coordinate with IT Operations to drive to resolution.
Works with team to proactively identify work, communicates and resolves issues and risks that interfere with ongoing project execution or success.
Assists operations and development teams with documenting specifications for enhanced application functionality.
Assists operations with production issues through resolution.
Creates the Customer Advisory Board (CAB) requests for Oracle RMB product enhancement requests.
Responsible to log and work to resolution with Oracle Product Support SR's.
