Oracle Siebel Case Management Various agencies in the AGS cluster have a need for Case Management to manage information efficiently. The existing processes are heavily dependent on obsolete legacy technologies or manual processes. The purpose of this project is to replace these legacy systems with a supportable, efficient and consistent technological approach using Oracle Siebel. The efforts will include streamlining business processes and developing a long term single technological infrastructure. Daily Tasks will include but are not limited to the following: Manage project development from initiation to closure. Work with project director and stakeholders to outline scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget and timing of projects. Implement Case Management Project Charters. Develop and maintain project schedule and planning documentation. Develop, refine and deliver: Quality management plan Risk management plan Change management plan Communications plan Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders and act as a liaison between these groups. Resolve issues and problems throughout the project life cycle. Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to the project director. Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis. PART A: The ONE MANDATORY REQUIREMENT Expert Level You must be an Expert Project Manager with documented employment experience of 7+ years (84+ months). You must have experience overseeing projects comprised of multiple deliverables. Delegating and coordinating of tasks. Project status, meetings, scope changes, issues. - You must be able to provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. PART B: Requested Desirable Qualifications: The numbered qualifications below are not mandatory, but candidates should meet or exceed in duration and skill set target asked for, at least 4 of numbers 1 through 8. Minimum 84 months managing Medium to Large-scale projects, developing project scope, goals, deliverables, budget and schedule. Minimum 84 months experience with case management systems. Minimum 36 months experience tutoring and managing subordinate project managers in performing their PM duties. Minimum 60 months experience with managing projects using MS Project. Minimum 36 months experience working with public sector organizations. Minimum 36 months experience managing Case Management implementation projects.
