Oracle HRMS Consultant Location:Columbus, OH
job Type : contract
Should possess good functional knowledge of Oracle HRMS (EBS) R12.Should have in-depth knowledge of the following sub modules Core HR, Payroll, iRecruitment, Benefits Administration and Compensation Workbench
Should have completed at least 2 implementation cycles in Oracle HRMS.
Should have working knowledge of basic technical skills especially PL/SQL.
Should be able to understand and articulate business specifications with both business teams as well and technical team.
Should be able to do a fit gap analysis of as vs. to be and recommend industry recommended best practices
Must have excellent Client Interfacing and Management skills.
