Participate in activities with team members for successful transition of application through the AGILE development, testing, implementation, and maintenance stages. Manage data transfer/mapping between SFDC and other applications/databases. Desired Skills and Experience About You Bachelors Degree SFDC Certified developer DEV401 or DEV 501 6+ years overall experience as a SFDC Administration/Developer 3 years of experience as a SFDC Administration. 3 years of experience as a SFDC Developer. Strong Adherence to all the SFDC best practices. Strong understanding of the following: Administration Setup to include: Manage Users, Profiles, and Roles Manage Apps Sharing Rules and Security Controls App Setup to include: Lead and Opportunity Management Account/ Contacts and Campaign Management Workflow Rules, Email Alerts and Field Updates Content Management and Collaboration via Chatter Dashboard/Report development (Excel and Inform) Pardot, Eloqua, Marketo or other Marketing Platform Integration In depth understanding of SFDC logging and alerts with the ability to troubleshoot problems. Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks concurrently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Technical Skills Experience with NET, Java, JavaScript, HTML/XHTML, XML, and AJAX. Strong understanding of SFDC architecture and integration capabilities as it relates to: SFDC database Design capabilities Development constraints Direct experience with SFDC Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (application design, architecture and development). Expertise in Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callout, Visualforce, SOQL, Custom Code development, Data migration, Apex Dataloader, ETL Tools and integration, SFDC APIs, outbound messaging and Security/ SSO. Strong understanding of RDMS concepts and structures, knowledge of SQL, structured system analysis and design patterns. Expertise in writing test classes & building triggers, batch classes, and future methods.
