QUALIFICATIONS
Top candidates for this role must have a four year degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of two years of working knowledge in SharePoint 2010. SharePoint 2013 experience is great to have but not a requirement. MCSE certification is a plus. Must have strong experience in customer service/end user support and recent experience in direct customer interaction.
Qualified candidates should have:
Prior experience deploying, configuring, upgrading and patching SharePoint farms
Ability to gather, interpret, develop and maintain customer-requested SharePoint solutions
Experience managing third party products for SharePoint backups and content management
Experience in IIS, Microsoft Server 2012, 2012 R2, and SQL Server
Moderate to advanced experience in SharePoint Designer and Microsoft InfoPath
Light to moderate PowerShell scripting experience
Strong HTML5/CSS/ASP/C# skills
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Participating in team-oriented and collaborative working environments
Skills in data analysis, data verification and problem solving
Understanding of project management principles or possesses adequate project based work structures exposure
Demonstrating good listening, writing and interpersonal skills
Good presentation skills and able to communicate ideas in both technical and user friendly language
