Reporting Direct Reports include ERP technical specialists Will provide direction to business analysts, solution designers, technical specialists and developers as part of the implementation of the set of capabilities Key Responsibilities Build, manage and lead a team focused on delivering world-class system capabilities and integrations to support Lands End core merchandising business processes. Lead the build-out of all functional components of the Merchandising solution. This will include, but not be limited to, leadership and ownership of the following: business rules, workflow, data integration, front-end configurations, testing, and documentation. Leverage deep understanding of ERP merchandising solutions to support the overall business intent and brand goals. Initiate, rationalize, communicate and deliver technical and functional innovations in support of core merchandising systems through the entire concept to delivery lifecycle. Develop and manage application roadmaps and technology platforms for merchandising systems that align with and support Lands End business strategies. Review on-going capability enhancement requests and work with your capability team to sequence the delivery of these appropriately in system roadmaps. Lead vendor selection process as needed in support of development, operations and financial objectives. Own continuous improvement of your capability team to drive, mature, and deliver merchandising portfolios towards simpler, more streamlined processes and platforms. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Experience with large-scale systems implementations utilizing both waterfall and agile project management frameworks. Deep knowledge of merchandising systems and processes for global retail companies. Deep knowledge of systems design best practices and technical platforms supporting the following Oracle EBS Retail modules: Retail Price Management, Retail Merchandising System, Retail Invoice Matching, Retail Sales Audit, and Retail Trade Management. Proficiency and experience with integration and database technologies. Strong blend of analytical, communication, team building, and problem-solving skills in a highly complex and fast-paced environment. Well versed in conference room pilots and prototyping. Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills. Strong ability to translate business needs into solution requirements, identifying non-functional system requirements and ensuring solutions meet those requirements. Ability to work within and lead cross-functional teams including third party system integrators and Oracle Consulting Services.
