We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to work in our Information Technology department to support Oracle Enterprise Business Suite Release R12 implemented globally at . This person must have a minimum of 5 years related business experience with 3 years of experience transacting and working on Oracle's Order Management modules, (Pricing, ATP, Customer Master, Base Configurator to support PTO, Shipping, and Inventory Management). Multi-org and multi-currency experience is required.

Key Responsibilities include:
· Support ongoing business activities to resolve Order Management business process and system issues.
· Support business process and system continuous improvement efforts, including month-end close and enhancements.
· Interact with cross-business organizations and provide them with functional and technical guidance on systems operation, upgrades, testing, and enhancement projects.
· Investigate, analyze, and resolve support calls from business teams in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
· Lead sessions with internal customers to develop, document and refine requirements. Build appropriate time lines and coordinate cross functional teams.
· Work with managed services support team to support development and sustenance of Oracle Applications.

Required Skills/Experience:
· Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Business Management or Information Technology preferred.
. Minimum 5 years proven business experience.
· Demonstrated knowledge of Order Management Modules of Oracle eBusiness Suite Version R12 as described in the

Key Responsibilities section.
. Other modules experience is a plus.
. Demonstrated knowledge of iStore of Oracle eBusiness Suite Version R12 is a plus.
. Demonstrated knowledge of Accounts Receivable is a plus.
· Experience in mapping requirements to applications, fit/gap analysis, and making application selection recommendations.
. Must be able to trouble shoot SQL programs.
· Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
. Languages: English required; Spanish or French a plus.
· Experience in managing customer expectations and building relationships.
· Expertise in Customer Service processes and systems.
. Oracle certification in relevant EBS modules is preferred.
