The SAP OTC (Order to Cash) Project Delivery Manager reports to the Senior Manager, SAP Project Delivery Services, OTC in the Enterprise SAP COE. The SAP OTC Project Delivery Manager will lead the design, build, test and deploy for non-Unity* program projects across client business units, in the sales and distribution space and will lead an SAP OTC team to maintain and enhance the Enterprise SAP World Template post program Unity. This team will integrate with the Unity Program to deliver the agreed upon services from the SAP COE. The OTC Project Delivery leader will develop and maintain a team of SAP SD, EDI, CRM and JIS/JIT professionals for all SAP solutions in scope of the SAP template. This team will assume the enterprise governance responsibilities for all current SAP initiatives to ensure alignment with the Unity program and minimize re-work due to ongoing deployment of current in-flight SAP initiatives. This position is responsible for managing delivering projects budgeted up to USD $10 million. Resources may be located within North America, Asia, and Europe. Coordination of resources and projects during Asian business hours will be required. Job Description and Responsibilities: Lead SAP OTC implementation programs to deploy, or enhance, the existing client SAP templates through Execution, Launch and Close phases of the client PM2 methodology for Project Management Translating of sales business requirements, high level design and master data requirements into detailed SAP design Design high quality solutions to meet the functional requirements Coordination of test planning and execution Solution deployment and transition to support Support training and documentation Lead end-to-end business focused strategic SAP transformation activities for Tier 1 and Tier 2 SAP solutions including organizational functions, governance, and implementation planning/road mapping Partner with the Business Process Owners and Business Leadership on the design, build and execution of non-Unity projects Partner with the managers of RTR, FTM, PTP, footprint changes, data conversion and process integration within the Project Delivery Services organization, to leverage the expertise and to engage the resources needed for the programs approved by the business Partner with the SAP COE Architecture and Engineering team to arrive at realistic time and implementation effort estimates Partner with the SAP COE Quality Assurance team to engage the Testing Center of Excellence for testing, to ensure that the solutions being developed are SOX compliant, to follow the project release management guidelines and for knowledge management Partner with the SAP COE Technical Services team to engage the technical project managers, development lead and resources and security leads and resources, for projects involving technical SAP components
