Bachelors degree in or related to an Engineering discipline, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or Business A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing operation Strong demonstrated analytical skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into both system and operational requirements with appropriate use of technology solutions Have the ability to learn rapidly and then put that knowledge to practical use Experience with ERP system operation and ideally implementation Experience implementing, configuring, and using Logility Voyager (DP, IP, RP) Proven self-starter able to operate with limited direct supervision to define and develop concepts under either your line manager, or project managers Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills allowing you to engage diverse individuals and teams from shop floor operations and subject matter experts through to management, both locally and remotely Strong analytical skills allowing you to actively seek out both issues and untapped opportunities for improvement Cultural and situational awareness enabling you to operate effectively in diverse organizational environments Highly Valued Skills and Knowledge: A relevant Masters level degree Systems knowledge and experience in one or more of: 1. QAD MFG/Pro 2. Oracle ERP products 3. Logility Voyager 4. MES solutions 5. SQL Development 6. Java or .NET Software Development APICS CPIM/CIRM/CSCP Certification IIBA CBAP Certification PMI PMP Certification Industry experience in rolled materials (paper, steel, etc.) Knowledge of one or more Software Development Life Cycles Knowledge of project management methodology and lifecycle Working knowledge of Six Sigma and/or Lean Sigma concepts
