We are seeking ahighly skilled and experienced IT Program Manager to join our dynamic team. Asa IT Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing thesuccessful delivery of complex IT projects/Programs within our organization.You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors toensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desiredobjectives.
·Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates tostakeholders and senior management on project progress, risks, and issues.Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects aredelivered within allocated financial resources. Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members,stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, ensuring theyhave the necessary resources and support to successfully complete their tasks. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areasfor improvement, and implement changes to enhance future project delivery.Handle the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, including the creation,evaluation, and selection of vendors or service providers. Organize and facilitate Steering Committee meetings, involving keystakeholders to provide strategic guidance and decision-making for projects.QUALIFICATIONS
