Job Description Oracle HRMS Analyst Location: Pasadena,CA Terms: 3 Month Contract Job Requirement/Description: - Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. -Experience with Oracle setup and implementation for Core HR and advanced benefits on versions 12.1.3 or above - Experience working as a functional HRIS Analyst in the Oracle environment -Working IT knowledge of Recruiting Systems, preferably Taleo - preferred, not essential - Firm understanding of SQL, P/L SQL and Oracle reports -knowledge of the underlying tables of Oracle. - Performs day to day tasks in HRIS dept. focused on benefits administration for the U.S., UK and Canada business groups. Must have background in Oracle BI product - HRIS reporting - Oracle BI reporting tool. They will be assisting with System enhancements, analysis and developing reports and dashboards. Optional Requirements - Knowledge of Compensation Workbench plan structures, support and implementation - Experience in working with vendor interface files - Experience in Oracle Business Intelligence reporting - Knowledge of SQL
