Role:Sr. Civil Engineer,
Location:Indianapolis, IN
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Central/Southern Indiana and surrounding geographic areas.
- Develop new client relationships and maintain strong professional network.
- Work with marketing department to develop marketing strategy for assigned geographic area.
- Prepare and submit project proposals (scope, fee schedule, deadlines, etc.)Manage and be accountable for project budgets, deadlines and performance.
- Delegate project tasks and coordinate activities of engineering teams.Supervise, mentor and assist staff to ensure they meet their performance goals and are successful.
- Provide technical assistance when needed.Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
