Essential Job Functions:

Creating and publishing project templates in Oracle BPM Studio.
Deploying processes directly to the Oracle BPM Run Time, including any approval work flow to the Run time environment.
Responsible for administering the BPM infrastructure, including WebSphere, ADF, Eclipse and MDS.
Installation and setup of BPM environments and overall management of BPM engines that are hosting business processes.
Use of Work Space to manage organizational units, role assignments and perform other activities such as:

Build partnerships across the application, business and infrastructure teams.
Develop programming specifications. Design, code and unit test application code using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices.
Use of Oracle BPM Studio to implement business processes with other Oracle components such as adapters, human workflow and business rules.
Must be familiar with Oracle BPM Studio J Developer IDE.
Responsible for creating business application processes based on models created by Process Analysts.
Data mapping and transformation, system fault handling, designing and implementing user interfaces using Oracle Human Workflow
Creating dashboards for process owners, executives and Process Analysts.
Must be familiar with the BPMN and BPEL processes. Web sphere and Eclipse knowledge a plus.
Deploying processes in the Run Time Environment.
Designing Oracle business rules.
Create technical system documentation and ensure that this documentation remains current throughout all phases of the SDLC.
Administers organization structure assets like users, groups, organizational units, calendars and holidays.
Communicate with the appropriate teams to ensure that assignments are managed appropriately and completed assignments are of the highest quality.
Support and maintain applications according to team standards.
May assist other personnel on assignments including mentoring or providing on-the-job training to more junior associates.
Technical/Professional Knowledge - Compliance and Skills achieving a satisfactory level of technical and professional skill or knowledge in position and/or related areas; keeping up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise. Ensures store compliance with laws and regulation applicable to the company.
Analytical - Gathers information needed for analysis; analyzes and defines functional requirements; prepares functional requirements documentation.
Technical Support - Displays technical expertise and product knowledge; follows logical process for problem identification; asks questions to clarify and verify information; provides clear, understandable explanations.
Technical Design - Demonstrates knowledge of design concepts; conducts thorough needs analysis; develops designs that meet requirements; addresses scalability and development issues.
