Description:
Minimum3 years of IT experience in which minimum 1 years in Salesforce experience(for Level 3)
Minimum4 years of IT experience in which minimum 2 years in Salesforce experience(for Level 4)
Minimum6 years of IT experience in which minimum 3 years in Salesforce experience(for Level 5)
Experiencein salesforce support including incident management, user management,security management, Salesforce configurations, workflows, assignment rules etc
Workedon at least one Salesforce support and development project
Experienceon data migration using the tool apex/ informatica data loader
Experienceon salesforce service cloud and sales cloud modules
Experiencein Salesforce development using apex, visualforce, triggers, REST/SOAPintegrations is a plus
Knowledgeon external system Integrations using web services
Musthave very good analytical and problem-solving skills and resolve issuesquickly.
ExcellentEnglish communication skills and manage the customer/end user communication
SalesforceCertification on administration or developer platform1 is must
Additionalexposure working on single sign-on, Chatter, salesforce1, lightning,web-to-lead is a plus
Opento work in shift on rotation basis to cover Europe, APAC and US regions
