· 10+ years of experience implementing & supporting HR & Payroll, on Oracle EBS R12,
· Functional & Technical (ie update PL/SQL code, interfaces, fast formulas) skillset
· Modules we use today: Core HR, SSHR, Advanced Benefits, Payroll (& costing)
· Additional modules/systems a plus: Compensation Workbench, Performance Management, Taleo
· Perform break/fix and design/implement new requirements
· Self-motivated, great team player
· Attention to detail, ability to follow structured support process
· Very strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interact positively with upper management as well as communicating problems to appropriate teams within our organization
