Job description Company is looking for looking for a highly-motivated product development leader to drive products to our customers helping redefine the aftermarket auto parts industry. If this makes you uncomfortably excited, you are a good candidate for this role. What you will do: Lead an aggressive and results-driven cross-functional team to develop and launch new products that help drive company growth, profitability and market share. These folks do not report to you, so youll need to use your influential skills to get things done. Create future product offerings by sales channel using Voice of the Customer (VOC) program data. Hope you know what a VOC program is youll need it! Develop, own, and drive product roadmaps. You will own the product lifecycle all of it - ideation, roadmap creation, product execution, product launch and end of product life activities. Awesome! Define success metrics to track progress and performance. You get to define what product success looks like from competitive analysis, pricing, packaging, quality, delivery, market placement, and performance standards. The qualities and skills you need to have: You are an amazing product and project manager, with a record of owning a product roadmap for break-through products. You are a data guru and like to define business and product metrics. You know how to build, maintain and enhance relationships in a cross-functional environment. You are a student of getting things done and know how to run a tight ship. You are highly motivated, have a strong work ethic, and are always customer focused. You thrive in a fast environment, managing multiple projects and assignments simultaneously. You are a terrific communicator with the ability to influence all individuals at all levels in an organization. You have outstanding time-management skills, you move with a strong sense of urgency, and display a natural ability to prioritize. You possess outstanding business acumen and an appropriate degree of analytical, creative, marketing, and financial skills.
