Must have worked as Product Owner (CPO), Sr, Business Analyst, Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile Coach. Demonstrated product leadership by mastering skills in requirements authoring, business analysis, analytics, product road-mapping, partnering with the business, determining feasibility and planning with development teams.

 Ability to engage the  technical and business teams to drive story mapping, product journeys, requirements, planning and task estimations to support top business priorities. 

Experienced in configuring the applications, workflows, processes and metrics to support Agile/Scrum, using the latest tools.  

Be able to leverage his  product expertise, leadership and 360o business perspective to deliver exceptional results for the Business.

 Senior  and mature enough to  be a product owner

 Deeper domain experience in ecommerce, analytics, marketing domain

 Ability to drive  a larger team on delivering  on a day to day business

 Ability to work with Business

 He should have worked as a Business Analyst should have worked in Analytics domain

 Should have worked in marketing, ecommerce, retail business 

Should understand the end to end project context – BRD to deployment/releases on agile mode

Be able to work with Business/product owners on the one hand and the developers on the other

 Should have familiarity with the landscape that has  SAP,  Salesforce products along with technology products like Apttus,  AEM, Elequa  etc,  and should be familiar with  how these technologies  manifest in a landscape. 

Experience levels  : Total experience 10 to 13 years – Business analyst experience 7 to 10 years
