Oracle ADF Developer

Roles and Responsibilities:
QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Setting up guidelines for new page/flow development using ADF BC, Controller and UI Fixing bugs and supporting the application Design and implement new RFC As per business requirements using ADF BC, Controller and UI Analyze the application to improve performance, reduce page load and query time by tweaking ADF Model and UI components.
Very strong PL/SQL, SQL Tunin, Java Application Server experience (WebLogic), JDeveloper 11g-
Oracle ADF 11g: Business Components, Data Controls, Bindings, Page Definitions, Task Flows, Regions, Layouts & Rich Faces Components
Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Applicants must be team oriented and work well with end users and other IT team members
PRIMARY SKILLS REQUIRED:
6+ years in overall development experience with 3+ in Oracle ADF 6+ years hands on experience with implementing and maintaining Oracle based applications with a minimum of 4 years Java development experience
Strong experience with Oracle ADF and Oracle BPM Experience building at least 2 functioning applications in ADF Experience modeling a BPM process, developing it and then implementing Strong development and implementation experience
Strong functional background as they will be interfacing and gathering requirements for development and implementation Must be able to communicate well, listen, take good notes, and be proficient at creating technical documentation Provide information system technology solutions by adhering to prescribed life-cycle tools and methodologies.
May define standards and procedures Refine methods and techniques for information modeling and best practices for application software development and deployment Exposure to SOA and EBS environments is preferred but not mandatory.
