Job Title: Database Architect and Performance Leader
Location: Manassas, VA
Contract: 6+months
Interview: Phone screen then F2F or possibly Web-ex
Status: Corp to Corp or our W-2 No OPT
Must Have:
- Total experience : 15+ years database and DB performance needed for this architect/leadership position. At least 5 years in leadership.
- 5+ years of DBA - with Database Architecture - Oracle preferred
- 5+ years Cloud DB experience
- Experience with WebServer/App Server, Java/C++
- Experience creating roadmaps.
- Experience with application performance management - Systems Availability and Performance tuning
Database and Performance leader who can build performance testing roadmap along with managing database qualification needs for the cloud DB.
This person needs to have held senior positions and be confident in building strong technical roadmap and guide the team to ensure there is focused approach towards database and performance testing.
This person should understand the benchmarking process, how to measure the throughput and ensure there is a consistent approach across all applications at SWIFT.
Scope of Work : Lead and guide database testers, so prior knowledge of database (especially, Oracle products) would be key.
