  • In order to support Implant recipients while driving operational efficiencies, we are recruiting for a Supply Chain Delivery Coordinator in our Americas head office based in Centennial, CO.
  • To be successful in this role, you'll be able to improve our service offerings by coordinating the delivery of packages.
  • You'll work collaboratively with Customer Experience, Reimbursement, Legal, Regulatory, Supply Chain, our freight carriers as well as our customers ensure our service meets or exceeds the customers expectations.
  • This technical role is responsible for ensuring that our orders get delivered on time.
  • In this role you'll have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to successful history of innovation by applying your knowledge of customer service and shipping options.

Key Responsibilities

  • Failed Delivery Management: Manage the resolution of missed & returned deliveries through proactive coordination with the freight carrier and the customer.
  • Order Delivery Tracking: Track our outbound shipments, manage success rates and communicate with our Customer Experience & Sales teams if shipments are at risk of not making a delivery.
  • Complaint & Explanted Devices shipment coordination: Return shipments for analysis to our international manufacturing & analysis team.
  • Customs & FDA clearance issue resolution: Support compliance by clearing shipments and assisting our customers.
  • Other duties as assigned: Support the overall Service business as assigned.

Key Requirements

To add value to in this role you\'ll be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience in your application and at interview:

Minimum

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1+ year(s) of hands on experience with MRP systems
  • 6+ months of customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience troubleshooting orders or system issues
  • Medium to strong computer skills with a specific focus on Microsoft Excel
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to multi-task and follow plans / projects through to completion

Ideal

  • Warehouse operations experience
  • Previous experience in reverse logistics and medical device environment
  • Oracle knowledge and experience
