Required skills:
- Expert knowledge of PHP and Symfony2 framework
- Solid Object Oriented Programming skills
- Experience working with Service Oriented Architecture and REST full Web Services
- Strong JavaScript skills and experience with JS frameworks (Require, Backbone, Angular)
- Solid skills and in HTML5, CSS, SASS and understanding of responsive design principles
- Comfortable with Linux shell and solid command of source control tools (git)
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well with both technical and non-technical members of the team
- Superb attention to details and ability to accurately estimate work effort
- Motivated self starter and finisher
Bonus points:
- DevOps exposure, familiarity with basic server configuration concepts
- AWS knowledge
- Experience with Docker containers
- Hands-on experience with build/release tools (Jenkins, ant, grunt, gulp)
- Understanding of both Agile and Waterfall development models
- Experience with Atlassian products (JIRA, Bit Bucket)
Experience:
- 4+ years developing web applications
- Bachelor degree in related discipline, and/or equivalent work experience
