Role:Senior PHP Developer Location:Naples, FL As a Sr. Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining new products for our trucking division. Responsibilities: You will determine your day to day with a high degree of autonomy, but some of the things we expect from you are: Design, estimate, and code new features Architect new applications and expand existing ones Help define, document, and enforce engineering standards Perform code peer code review of your team members Mentor junior engineers to improve their skills Participate in software design discussions Technical Requirements: You should have five or more years of experience developing applications in PHP / MySQL and: Familiarity with Composer GIT version control skills Experience with Test Driven Development Ability to refactor existing code Expertise in HTML / CSS / JavaScript Capacity to code without a framework Experience setting up and maintaining server environments Bonus Qualifications: You have participated in open source development You have knowledge of common SEO practices You have experience in large project planning and execution You have used, or are familiar with the Laravel PHP Framework
