Job description Web Developer - C2H, Loc: Hartford, CT Dur: 6 M C2H Rate: OPEN Client is seeking a Web Developer that can work with our web team to achieve our businessâ?? digital goals. The ideal candidate for this position is a hands-on professional and must have strong knowledge of PHP, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery; knowledge of MVC frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgnitor and AngularJS are a plus. The Web Developer must have the ability to problem solve quickly, build apps and/or websites using the aforementioned languages from scratch, and bring new functions and ideas to the table that will expand our capabilities in the shopper marketing industry. The Web Developer will be responsible for updating our current website templates, as well as developing new digital capabilities including, but not limited to, gamification and more intuitive sweepstakes websites. The Web Developer must be able to manage priorities, as Avid can be an extremely fast paced environment. Avid is growing rapidly into the digital space and in need of a Web Developer to support the growth and innovation of our businessâ?? future.
