Must have SharePoint 2013 experience
Strong knowledge of Enterprise Level intranet deployment in production
Strong knowledge of new SharePoint 2013 features and configurations for BCS, Social, Search, Apps, Profiles, Content Organizer, etc.
Knowledge of SharePoint infrastructure setups for high-availability; desirable knowledge of Host-Named Site Collections and farm configuration
Knowledge of different D.R. topologies / setups
Ability to face customer and explain in simple terms a SP2013 roadmap of implementations, pros, cons of an approach
Big plus, knowledge or experience of Metalogix StoragePoint and/or Content Matrix tools
Big plus, SQL DB setup and tune-up skills for SharePoint
Ability to write or script out Power Shell and/or T-SQL for repeatable activities
