Oracle Learning Management Consultant

We have an immediate opening for a Oracle Learning Management Implementation and Administration Consultant. Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with Oracle Learning Management (OLM) application as a functional consultant.
Should have 2-3 OLM Implementation experience
Should be experienced in configuration and administration of OLM
10+ years experience in a Senior Information Technology related position
Experience with Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) in R12 environment is required
Knowledge of all phases of Systems Development Life Cycle is required
Experience with AIM Methodology, Business Process Engineering and Project Management tools and/or similar ERP implementation methodologies required
Hands-on experience installing and maintaining Oracle E-Business suite modules
5+ years senior functional experience with the Oracle e-Business suite
5+ years experience working with end-user clients and business-area process leaders to develop requirements for new and enhanced functionality
Must have leadership experience in full life cycle implementations of Oracle R12
Must have good communication skills
