Participate to the research and the proposal of future (mid-term / long-term) evolutions / options for business-enabling IT solutions through knowledge and research on the market (emerging technologies), and propose new solutions through feasibility studies.
Oversee and manage customer enhancements on the ERP system, and help building plan and action items for a better usage (alignment with best practices) of the ERP system and other solutions delivered by the department.
Ensure that the business experience with IT solutions adds value to their activity and their organization.
Organize and coordinate user training on custom solutions delivered by the Functional IT team.
Define approach and means to enhance and maximize usage of IT solutions in the business organizations.
Recruit and manage all Functional IT staffing project personnel (regular and contract).
Control and validate Oracle Application Implementation Specialists time tracking on a weekly basis.
Build and maintain a proactive partnership with all other IT departments, and define, enforce and maintain communication circuits, delivery processes and documentation support that will assure the success of the ERP Solutions team in its role and responsibilities.
Effectively plan and oversee improvement/development projects to ensure successful fulfillment of end-user requirements, proper, accurate testing and sound implementation.
Provide Functional IT personnel with advice, direction and problem resolution.
Prepare, manage and report the budget allocation for this area of responsibility.
Report on team organization, progress, budget and cost management to the Director.
Bachelor Degree in Accounting, IT, MIS, CS or equivalent required.
Minimum of 3 years managing IT solution projects, managing multiple IT personnel assigned to projects, including at least one full life cycle Oracle applications implementation.
5 – 7 years with Oracle applications (preferably release 11.5.x and above), including extensive knowledge of functionality, integrations and interrelationships between Oracle modules with working knowledge of financial and accounting processes.
Minimum 2 years with Oracle applications 12.x.x
Proficiency in Oracle AIM and/or OUM methodology including development life cycle and project management.
