Senior Workday HRIS Analyst Location: Duluth, GA

Budget $: 100,000 - 200,000

POSTION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Support Sarbanes Oxley audits of user accounts quarterly and perform annual Sarbanes Oxley testingRecommend, implement, and document internal processes and audit procedures to ensure data integrity of Workday HR Systems ProjectsParticipate in HR technology initiatives by assisting with business requirement gathering, business process review, project management, testing, training, documentation development, communication and business configurationParticipate in the regular review and prioritization of HR systems projects
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or related areaMinimum 2 - 5 years of experience supporting Workday HCM applicationsDemonstrated experience managing HR projects which impacted multiple systems, processes and/or third party administratorsExperience in requirement gathering and deliveryPerson must be detailed oriented and familiar with calculated fields and reports and how Workday is structured
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong experience in Enterprise Interface Builder preferredWorkday Absence module experience preferred
