Oracle OTC Functional Consultant,
Loc: Seattle, WA Dur: 9+ M
CONTRACT FOR 9+ MONTHS.
  • The ideal candidate should have applied well-developed interpersonal and analytic skills, knowledge of business operations, processes and/or technology, and a broad knowledge of business strategy to evaluate problems and opportunities.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to obtain requirements and work with the business and technical teams to define appropriate business process solutions.
Project responsibilities may include:
  • Review, analyze, and develop new and existing order-to-cash business processes (Order Management, Credit and Collections, Accounts Receivable and Channel Data Processing e.g., rebates, POS), specify requirements, and identify solutions
  • Elicit requirements by using interviews, document analysis, requirement workshops, business process descriptions, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
  • Support development of business cases, project charter, and business requirement documentation
  • Formulate test scenarios, user acceptance testing, training, deployment and ongoing post-production user suppor
  • Create and/or participate in the collection and reporting of data, metrics, and key performance indicators related to project activities
  • Develop process documentation, training materials, and communications; training users on new or enhanced system or process
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and process owners (e.g., Shared Services, Finance, Procurement, Tax, IT) to ensure end to end process alignment Attributes of our global professionals include: a dedication to client service, the ability to think in complex and ever changing situations, strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems, execute and transfer knowledge.
Professional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree, MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in any combination of the following functional areas: Operations, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Information Technology (with heavy business interaction) and/or Process Excellence is required
  • Experience with Oracle R12 (OM, AR, iReceivables, Cash Application, Payments, Cash Management)
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external business partners in a matrix organization, building credible stakeholder relationships.
