- 3+ years of object-oriented software development experience
- 2+ years building complex web or SaaS applications
- Experience with designing fully normalized Relational Database SchemaExperience working with de-normalized no-sql databases
- Experience writing unit tests and testable codeAbility to work in a fast paced agile environmentIt Would Be Even Better If You Have
- Experience WithRuby on Rails or any other MVC web development platformJavaScript, jQuery, Backbone.js or any other JavaScript client framework, HTML5, and CSS3
