Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:Translate and trouble shoot UI/UX designs and wireframes into workable web applications
Maintain graphic standards and branding throughout the product\'s interface
Contribute to creating feature specifications and technical design blueprints.
Providing direction on the best web development, application, and testing frameworks to leverage for implementing the required web designs
Develop functional and appealing web- and mobile-based applications based on usability
Implementing third party marketing tracking and integration solutions
Understanding and maintaining Web Analytics technical solutions
Provide website maintenance and enhancements
Use a combination of markup languages to write web pages
Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies
Creating widgets and Plug-ins
Other duties as assigned by Management

Required Skills and Abilities:

Proficiency in Java script HTML, CSS, jQuery, Familiarity with REST API, MVC, Node.js, Knockout, Ninject, PHP or similar technologies
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them.
Experience working with Marketing and UX for mobile app execution
Familiarity with Web Analytics Solutions like GA, and technical set up and implementation
Experience implementing media partner tracking solutions (i.e. pixels and data pass)
Experience in technical implementation for third party marketing solutions like Affiliate Networks or SEM management technologies (including data transfer)
Familiarity with the technical aspect of supporting Website conversion rate optimization
Familiarity with social platforms or emerging social technologies
Experience deploying website and/or email personalization technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication for all levels of the organization required.
Understand HTML/CSS, bootstrap, JavaScript, responsive, and mobile with direct experience optimizing design concepts around these technologies
Strong experience with UX design
Must be able to deliver high quality work across multiple projects consistently on time

Summary of Experience and Education:

Bachelor\'s degree 2+ years of professional experience maintaining and working on corporate or .com websites
Background in working with UX/UI designers and marketing teams
Able to maintain attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
