Top Three Skills:

1. IBM WCM Development experience(CBC is running version 8.5)-strong knowledge of how to work with the tool from a development perspective including customization, themes, and components. Due to the demands of their customers and provider networks that utilize these portals, CBC has to do a lot of custom development to do on these systems.
2. Senior level Java development experience-excellent knowledge base within Java, JSP, JSF, jQuery, Bootstrap.
3. Experience within an Agile environment-CBC is running these projects within the agile methodology and would like these individuals to have some experience.
