EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Requires 8+ years of related work experience (required). With 2+ years of experience in Retail systems (preferred).
- 5 years of experience in a Management or Lead or role (preferred).
- Bachelor degree or 10+ years of equivalent work experience (required).
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Red Hat Linux, IBM AIX Systems, Enterprise Storage, VMware Virtualization, & Enterprise Data Protection technologies (required).
- Recent experience with management of IT operations within a secure computing environment (required).
- Current understanding of the deployment of secure systems, system hardening, security compliance, and familiarity with security standards such as PCI, PII, CIS (required).
- Deep familiarity with the function, purpose, and common troubleshooting methods for all IT components and technologies in a modern enterprise.
- Experience with outsourced vendor services.
- Experience managing project milestones for remote projects.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong knowledge of technical retail environments.
- Superb time management and resource planning skills.
