Key Responsibilities
- Software test engineers will contribute to product verification and Quality Assurance (QA) of a state-of-the-art network security software product.
- This position is responsible for verification of network equipment products, such as firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems, routers, or switches.
- Will also be responsible for the automated verification efforts in traffic generators and analyzers with Python, or similar programming languages in a Linux or UNIX environment.
- Experience in the verification of network equipment products, such as firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems, routers, or switches.Automation testing experience.
- Possess knowledge of automated verification efforts with experience in traffic generators and analyzers, Perl, Tcl, Python, or similar programming languages in a Linux or UNIX environment.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.BSCS (or equivalent) is required; a MSCS is preferred.
- The position is located in Bethesda, MD.
