SET THE COURSE:
Responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, maintenance and administration activities associated with the company network and server infrastructure, including telecommunications circuits, LANs, WANs, Switches, Routers, Load Balancers, Firewalls, Virtual and Physical Server platforms, SANs and other related network equipment.

BE THE ISLAND GUIDE:

• Design and document network architecture for new projects such as new retail and restaurant locations, BC/DR, and evolving security and business operational requirements.
• Configure and test networking infrastructure equipment for new store and restaurant locations.
• Perform daily administration of the networking infrastructure including telecommunications circuits, LANs, WANs, Switches, Routers, Load Balancer's, and other related network equipment.
• Support system administration of the Windows operating system environment including servers, storage devices, file-systems, email, backups, applications, account and user maintenance, upgrade and repairs on an as needed basis.
• Provide monitoring and support for 300+ networking components used in the company's core business units and revenue channels.Monitor network performance and reliability. Proactively identify potential problems and make recommendations for upgrades or updates as necessary.
