Role: Sr. SAP Specialist (Sales & Distribution)
Location: Hauppauge, NY
- Project team lead for Sales in a full life cycle SAP implementation.
- Responsible for service and projects with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), an environment which includes both Standard SAP processes/configuration and Festo specific processes/development.
- Process design, system configuration and development.
- Direct, extensive support of key users in the business unit.
- Responsible for developing/conducting/and coordinating related training.
- Handling of service tickets.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related area.
- Minimum 6 years experience in SAP SD configuration.
- Sales process experience in Services / Software Sale / Public Seminars,Project-based environment with SAP Project Systems (PS), related technical development (ABAP).
- Enthusiastic self starter, a quick learner.English required; Spanish and/or German beneficial.
- Travel may be required for this position.
- This could include travel within North America, South America and GermanyEffective oral and written communication skills.
- Good project management skills.
