Overview
Project is engaged in a process improvement effort around the management of the Oracle approval functionality. The process improvement effort includes improved user experience, efficiency of processes, ease of continued maintenance, scalability of growth, improved spend and asset management. This document describes the current system setup and processes as well as proposed process improvements.
Responsibilities
Seeking a consultant with extensive knowledge and experience related to Oracle HRMS business groups and the Approvals Management Engine (AME) to perform the following;
Analyze the current Oracle environment
Provide an opinion on the proposed system changes
Are the changes necessary to achieve the desired business objectives?
Is there additional risk related to the system changes we are not considering?
How would the proposed changes impact other Oracle modules?
What is the estimated level of effort, required expertise, and costs of each
