Title: Contract Recruiter
Location: Hauppauge, NY
Duration: 6+ months
Partner with hiring managers to define position needs, update/revise job descriptions, hiring expectations and develop recruitment plans
Identify and execute advertising plans for each position, tracking effectiveness and length of postings Conduct phone screenings, face-to-face interviews Schedule interviews for hiring managers and guide the decision making process Ensure a superior candidate experience throughout the hiring process, leveraging the latest recruitment technology as well as traditional sourcing and communication techniques Communicate regularly with hiring managers and the Vice President of Human Resources throughout the recruiting cycle to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation Nurture relationships with hiring managers and prospective talent to ensure expectations are met or exceeded and identify opportunities to share talent across the organization or the recruiting pipeline Track and report key recruitment metrics.Organize and conduct candidate searches in applicant tracking system to assure OFCCP compliance Requirements
- Bachelor Degree Preferred
- 4+ years full cycle recruiting experience
- General Knowledge of applicant tracking systems,preferably ADP WorkForce Now
- Excellent communication skills, both written andverbal
- Proficient in all MS Office Programs, especiallyExcel
- Must actualize up to date recruiting methods includingsocial media
